ASSEMBLY PREPARATION + CARE
METAL-TO-METAL CONTACT POINTS
Titanium will not rust or corrode, though it may bond to another metal through galvanic corrosion over time. To prevent this, prepare all metal-to-metal contact points (such as seat posts, bottom brackets, and water cage bolts) with a high quality bike-specific grease or Ti anti-seize.
Be sure to periodically remove, clean, and re-grease all metal-to-metal contact points. This is especially prudent when riding in wet and dirty conditions.
ACCESSORY + COMPONENT CONTACT POINTS
Protective frame film such as, Ride Wrap, should always be used between your frame and any accessories that would come into contact with the titanium, such as frame bags - without protection, even a simple Velcro strap will abrade raw titanium over time.

CLEANING
Regular cleaning using mild soap, water, and clean micro cloths is usually sufficient to remove typical dirt and debris. To remove fingerprint oils and restore your frame’s lustre, we recommend Perdro’s Bike Lust or Silca’s Ultimate Bike Wash.
Refrain from using any abrasive products or soiled rags to clean your bike.
FULLY INTERNAL Ti STEM | HANDLEBAR FASTENING
If you are using the optional computer mount, install it onto the faceplate before proceeding with the steps below.
1. Install the faceplate onto the handlebar, centering the faceplate on the bar.
2. Mate the faceplate to the stem body insuring the top bolt holes are aligned between the two surfaces.
3. Install the top faceplate bolt first (crucial) and tighten to 6Nm.
4. Adjust the handlebar to ensure it is centered and set to the user's preferred angle.
5. Install the lower two faceplate bolts. Tighten in equal measure until torque specification of handlebar is reached.
6. Ensure the rear two set screws which tighten the stem to the steerer tube are torqued to 6-7Nm.
