This Little Wing Disc is a one off, custom build created as a concept and show bike, and was featured on display at the MADE show in Portland. While based on the Little Wing platform, this version was purpose built with flat bars and front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, resulting in a unique, city focused interpretation of the Little Wing concept. The bike has been on display since the show and remains in perfect, unridden, show ready condition.

The frame is finished in our High Polish titanium finish and is paired with a number of bespoke components and custom touches. It features our titanium fenders, custom finished Thomson titanium flat handlebars, Cane Creek eeWings titanium cranks, and DWARD chainring, all finished to closely match the polished titanium frame. The result is a cohesive and striking build that highlights both craftsmanship and creativity.

This bike also includes a unique technical detail. The rear brake hose was originally designed to route fully internally through the bottom bracket shell and chainstay. During assembly, we determined that there was insufficient clearance within the bottom bracket shell when paired with the eccentric bottom bracket to safely route the hydraulic hose. To resolve this, a discrete brake hose port was added to the downtube just ahead of the bottom bracket shell, with the hose continuing externally along the underside of the non drive side chainstay. This solution preserves braking performance and long term reliability while maintaining a clean aesthetic.
