Covid-19 Update: Our Factory is Open Again

We are excited to announce that after more than six weeks our factory in Johnstown, NY is reopening. Our production team is safe, healthy, and above all thrilled to be returning to work as restrictions on business operations in NY begin to lift.

As we reopen, our facility has made key updates for the safety of our employees and our customers, and we are following CDC and state guidelines and best practices. We are fortunate to be in an area that has been relatively lightly impacted by Covid-19, but we are committed to both the safety of our team and doing everything possible to prevent its further spread.

We would like to extend our thanks to all of the customers who have reached out with kind words in recent weeks, and also extend a big welcome to all of the new customers who ordered bikes despite not knowing how long this closure would last. We've had a tremendous surge in orders and our entire team is motivated and humbled by the response.
